I tried The Mastery of Sleep quest last month. It was pretty interesting and I actually started sleeping better after following some of the tips. It was easy to access on the app. No complaints.

Membership worth it for quests

I've been a member for two years now, and the Mindvalley Membership keeps getting better. This time I checked out the WildFit quest, which was a nice change from the spiritual quests I usually do. The content was solid and the trainers are always professional. The app makes it easy to switch between quests, too. The community forum still feels a bit clunky, but the core content is consistently high quality, which is why I keep renewing.
